If you’ve graduated in the last 4 years (or are about to graduate) from an eligible program, you’re probably qualified for a rebate on a wide array of Ford or Lincoln vehicles. Use the rebate as a down payment towards your selected vehicle. And great news, the Graduate Program Rebate is in addition to most consumer retail offers available from Ford of Canada. This offer is non-transferable. Quality Certified Pre-owned Rebate $500 Quality Certified rebate offer is available to all eligible participants on the purchase or lease of most Quality Certified pre-owned Ford or Lincoln vehicles. The rebate must be used as a down payment towards your chosen vehicle. The Graduate Recognition Program Rebate is also in addition to most consumer retail offers available from Ford of Canada. This offer is non-transferable.

Program Rules. 1. PROGRAM PERIOD

You must purchase or lease your vehicle, and take delivery, between January 1, 2007 and January 2, 2008. Special-ordered vehicles must arrive, and eligible customers must take delivery, by December 31, 2007. Vehicles delivered after December 31, 2007 are not eligible for the rebate.

2. THE OFFER

The $750 new vehicle rebate offer is available to all eligible participants on the purchase or lease of any new Ford or Lincoln vehicle. The rebate may be used as a down payment towards your chosen vehicle or you can have a cheque forwarded to you directly from Ford of Canada. Plus, the Graduate Recognition Program Rebate is over and above most consumer retail offers available from Ford of Canada. This offer is non-transferable. The $500 Quality Certified rebate offer is available to all eligible participants on the purchase or lease of any Quality Certified pre-owned Ford or Lincoln vehicle. The rebate must be used as a down payment towards your chosen vehicle. Plus, the Graduate Recognition Program Rebate is over and above most consumer retail offers available from Ford of Canada. This offer is non-transferable.

3. DEALER PARTICIPATION

Submission of claim by a dealer constitutes agreement to abide by the rules of the program. This offer can be used over and above most consumer retail offers available from Ford of Canada at the time of purchase or lease (unless specified to the contrary under the rules of a specific customer incentive program or as stated in Section 1.2.2, "Combinability of Programs", Contest & Incentive Reference guide).

4. STUDENT ELIGIBILITY

You are eligible to take advantage of this offer if you are a Canadian resident and in the last 4 years, you:

have graduated or will graduate from a two-year (48 weeks minimum) college program, a university undergraduate degree program, or a two or three-year CEGEP D.E.C. program (in Quebec) have confirmation of an impending 2007 graduation (letter from Registrar) from a recognized and approved two-year (48 weeks minimum) college program, a university undergraduate degree program, or a two or three-year CEGEP D.E.C. program (in Quebec) have graduated from a recognized military or police academy or proof of an impending graduation are a full-time post-graduate student Employees of the Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited and their relatives are not eligible Proof of eligibility must be provided

5. ELIGIBLE VEHICLES

Any new or Quality Certified pre-owned Ford or Lincoln vehicles that are sold or leased to qualified individuals within the program period. Purchases/leases must be made directly from an authorized Ford of Canada Dealer. Eligible leases are restricted to RCL or Dealer Wholesale Lease only.

6. ELIGIBLE SALES

All sales and deliveries of eligible vehicles made within the Graduate Program period will qualify provided:

They comply with Dealer Policies and Procedures They are not excluded under (7) and "Ineligible Vehicles" or (8) Demonstrators The appropriate retail reporting information is submitted to the Company no later than five working days from the date of the program termination The eligible vehicle must be purchased or leased and registered in the eligible students name only

7. INELIGIBLE VEHICLES

All units in excess of one sold to one customer by any dealership Units delivered to the customer prior to January 1, 2004 and after December 31, 2007 All units sold under any Ford of Canada Employee/Supplier/Friend Neighbour purchase plan (e.g. "A", "X", and "Z" plans) All vehicles other than those listed as eligible vehicles under section (5) above of any make or model year Units transferred from one dealership to another for the purpose of re-sales as new vehicles, are not eligible as sales for the transferring Dealer All vehicles purchased from a source other than Ford of Canada (excluding Dealer transfers) All units sold or leased by other than a Ford of Canada franchised dealership All units sold for use outside Canada All units upon which Ford of Canada has given fleet benefits or price concessions Units damaged by flood, storm, fire or acts of God and units lost by theft which are either un-saleable as new vehicles to retail customer or which are purchased by an insurance company Any claim submitted under this program which does not comply will be charged back to the Dealer

8. DEMONSTRATORS

Dealer demonstrator vehicles - including service loaners and Ford of Canada Capitalized units - currently in demonstrator service or placed in demonstrator service during the program period, or recently removed from service, are eligible when sold to the first retail customer provided.

They comply with the Dealer Policies and Procedures noted in (6) above They are eligible vehicle models as detailed in (5) above They are sold and delivered to an eligible retail or leasing customer during the applicable program periods

9. DEALER AGREEMENT

All claims are subject to audit by Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited.

10. PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS

All matters of program eligibility and qualification will be conclusively resolved by Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited.

11. PROGRAM OFFER

There is a limit of ONE Graduate Recognition Program offer per customer, and only ONE Graduate Recognition Program offer may be applied to an eligible vehicle purchase or lease. The Graduate Recognition Program offer may be used in conjunction with most other Ford of Canada retail consumer offers, but not with any private offers, such as certificates, coupons or A, X and Z plans. Employees of Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited and their relatives are not eligible for the Ford Graduate Recognition Program. The vehicle must be purchased or leased and registered in the name of the graduating student.

Ford Credit Financing LEASING AND FINANCING FROM FORD CREDIT

You may qualify for financing from Ford Credit on the purchase or lease of any new or Quality Certified pre-owned Ford or Lincoln vehicles in the program if you meet these three conditions:

At the time of purchase or lease, you must have graduated or must be eligible to graduate from a recognized university undergraduate degree program, two-year college program (48 weeks minimum), recognized military or police academy, a two or three-year CEGEP D.E.C. program (in Quebec), or be enrolled in a full-time post-graduate university program. You must have verifiable employment that begins within 120 days of the vehicle purchase or lease. Your salary must be sufficient to meet ordinary living expenses and your vehicle payment. You must have no "negative" credit history, although no prior credit history is necessary.

You may also qualify for No Down Payment and a 120 day Deferred First Payment (not available in Quebec) on the purchase of any eligible vehicle in the program. Certain restrictions apply.
